John has been one of the best and consistant inside players in German BBL... big competitor who does everything needed to win... he is the ultimate teamplayer... named first team All-Mid-American (MAC) Conference for the 2005-2006 season in a vote by the league’s 12 head coaches... he was leading the MAC in both scoring and rebounding and is the lone MAC player to average double figures in both scoring and rebounding in 2005/06, finishing the year with a 20.1 scoring mark and a 10.8 rebound average... he turned in one of the top seasons in EMU and MAC history in 2005-2006 by averaging the double-double... he recorded 17 double-doubles this season and had 32 in his four-year career... John finished his career as the 11th-leading scorer in EMU history with 1,427 points and his 801 career rebounds is fifth best in history...  one of just three players in school history to score more than 1,400 points and grab more than 800 rebounds...
